Race package pick-up
There are three options for package pick-up, Fit First Vancouver (formerly LadySport), Fit First in Burnaby and race day package pick-up service with a $10 donation charge to the charity partner.

Race day pick-up service will also be available for a $10 charity donation (cash only).
You must arrive at least 45 min early on race day and head to the TRY EVENTS table for pick-up.

*As this is a day-of pick-up, we cannot guarantee souvenir sizing.
Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up your package at the specified location during the time slots provided. Packages cannot be mailed out.
*Swag item and finisher’s medals are ordered and paid for months in advance, so we have limited supplies.
Register early to secure, save and receive a swag item and finisher’s medal.
* As all socks are pre-ordered, late registrants (i.e. at package pickup or on race day) will NOT receive socks. Size exchanges will not be permitted during package pickups - you will receive the size you selected during registration. Once the race has started, all remaining socks will be made available to those wishing to exchange sizes, on a first-come, first served basis.

After you cross the finish line please do not leave the chute until after your tag is removed. It is our goal to have the results posted within 24hrs.
Attach the timing tag to your shoelaces using zaps provided. After your race, please return the timing tag to avoid being charged $40. If you still have your timing tag please mail it to the address on the tag.
