61st Annual Spirit of the Sea Festival!

Inaugural White Rock Stiletto Run
When/Where: 8:15PM Saturday, July 31st, 2010 White Rock, BC

Start/finish: East Beach on Marine right in front of Sandpiper Pub 15595 Marine Drive
SAME DAY REGISTRATION WELCOME: come to the Running Room Tent next to start line

100% of the registration fee of the Inaugural White Rock Stiletto Run will be donated to a local charity!

The 2010 Charity for the White Rock Stiletto Run is SOS Children's Village BC

*First year CAP 100

on-line soon with the Running Room and in your local particpating Running Room store.

Registration fee is for the Stiletto Run is $25 or you can pay $45 to participate in both the Stiletto Run in the 5K Beach Run!

The White Rock Stiletto Run will be a 100 meter dash held Marine Dr. in White Rock, BC at 8:15pm on Saturday July 31st, 2010. The females and males will be racing together this year. Runners must wear 3 inch heels, which must be attached at the finish line to receive the prize package! Walkers welcome

Rules:

1. A Stiletto

a) has a slim tapered heel

b) does not have a wedge

c)  pump does not go past the ankle (no boots)

1. Heels must be a minimum of 3”
2. Heels will be measured and approved at the registration package pick-up on Friday, July 30th
3. Shoes may not be taped on to the foot.
4. Heels may not be taped on to the shoe.
5. Heel must be attached to shoe and shoes on feet at end of race.

2nd Annual 5K Beach Run
When/Where: 1pm Sunday, August 1st, 2010 White Rock, BC

Registration fee is for the 5K Beach Run is $25 or you can pay $45 to participate in both the 5K Beach Run and the Stiletto Run!
